Brett is a Residential and Commercial Building Surveyor and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with over 20 years’ experience working with both public and private sector clients.
Throughout his career, Brett has worked closely with main contractors and specialist subcontractors across a wide range of residential and commercial projects. This experience highlighted a recurring issue within the construction industry: Passive Fire Protection is often poorly understood, inadequately planned, and inconsistently managed.
CPS Passive Fire Consultancy was established to address these issues by providing clear specification, coordinated delivery, and independent certification of Passive Fire Protection works.
